Please read all terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with Grazely, you agree with these terms and conditions.
1. Orders
- Grazing Boxes & Platters – Please allow at least 2 days lead time. Full payment is required to confirm your order.

Grazing Tables & Grazing Cart – Please allow at least 2 weeks lead time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 1 week before the event, unless otherwise arranged. Cash and bank transfer only.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in ingredient and supply costs.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.
- Requests to reschedule or revise orders (such as changes in delivery details, quantity, or other minor adjustments) must be made at least 72 hours before the delivery or event date and are subject to availability.
- Requests made less than 72 hours before the delivery/event may not be accommodated, but we will do our best to assist where possible.
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to assist—but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

All payments made are considered final and non-refundable.
3. Food Safety
- Our products may contain certain food allergens and are not suitable for those with allergies. Should you have any other dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, etc.), please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within our capabilities. Additional charges may apply for product substitutes.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available within scheduled time slots: 8:00 AM–11:00 AM, 1:00 PM–4:00 PM, and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM.
- Please note that we do not guarantee a specific delivery time within these windows. Orders will arrive anytime within the selected slot.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the selected time slot and at the provided delivery address.
- For gift deliveries, it is the sender's responsibility to confirm that someone will be present to receive the package.
- If no one is available to receive the order within 10 minutes of delivery arrival, the order will be considered unclaimed, mark as cancelled, and non-refundable.
- Re-delivery is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges if approved.
5. Force Majeure
- Grazely is not liable for failure to fulfill orders or obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, transportation issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate promptly and find a resolution.
6. Display and Promotions
- We reserve the right to display customer reviews, testimonials, and photos on our website and promotional materials unless specified otherwise by the client.
7. Marketing
- By using our website, you consent to receive marketing communications from us unless you explicitly opt out. We may use the contact information you provide to send you updates about our products, promotions, and other relevant information. Rest assured, your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
