Do you accommodate same-day orders?

We prepare everything fresh, so same-day orders are not guaranteed. However, feel free to message us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability.

What’s included in your graze boxes and platters?

Each one includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, nuts, crackers, and other seasonal elements. Everything is thoughtfully curated and beautifully arranged.

Can I customize what’s included in the graze boxes and platters?

We offer standard inclusions based on your chosen box or table size, but we’re happy to accommodate preferences or swap out items (subject to availability). Customizations may come with additional charges.

How many people do your graze boxes and platters serve?

We have options for solo enjoyment, intimate gatherings, or larger groups. Serving size guidelines are listed on each product to help you choose.

Do I need to consume my graze box or platter immediately?

For the best taste and food safety, we recommend consuming it within 2–3 hours of delivery. If refrigerating, bring it back to room temp before serving.

How long will the graze boxes or platters stay fresh?

Our products are best consumed on the day of delivery for optimal freshness. If needed, they can be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours—but always bring to room temperature before serving for the best flavor.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes, we can accommodate certain dietary requests such as vegetarian or pork-free options. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to adjust. Please note that while we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Definitely. We cater to bulk gifting, branded boxes, and corporate events. Send us a message and we’ll be happy to prepare a custom package for your needs.

Where are you located?

Grazely is based in Quezon City. We deliver throughout Metro Manila and nearby areas.

What is your lead time?

We require at least 2 days lead time for graze boxes and platters. For large events or grazing tables/carts, 1–2 weeks notice is ideal to ensure availability and preparation.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and will be confirmed upon booking.

What’s the difference between a grazing table and grazing cart?

A Grazing Table is a fully styled and ready-to-eat spread, perfect as a centerpiece for events. Everything is beautifully arranged for guests to enjoy at their leisure.


A Grazing Cart is a more interactive setup where each item is displayed separately, allowing guests to build their own grazing boats—great for casual events.
