    All spreads come with fresh foliage/flowers, menu card, disposable bamboo tableware and napkins. Service personnel is also included. Additional service personnel may be requested for an additional fee.

    Portion Size

    For appetizer or cocktail hour, the recommended portion size is 30-60 grams of cheese & charcuterie per person.

    For main meal, the recommended portion size is 85-170 grams of cheese & charcuterie per person.

    All grazing platters are intended for appetizer portions. If you intend for a main meal, please consider sizing up.

    Allergen Information

    Please note this product may contain the following allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, soybean, sesame.

    Setup and Collection

    It is highly recommended the grazing table be set up indoors and in an air-conditioned space away from the sun. The package includes table setup of 1-2 hours and display of 3 hours. All equipment (table, displayware, decorations, and props) shall be collected after 3 hours. An additional 5% fee will be charged every exceeding hour.

    Any losses/damages/breakages will be charged to the client.

    Transportation Fees

    Depending on the location of your event, an additional transportation fee may be applicable. Please consult with us to determine whether a transportation fee is applicable for your event.
